STAGING FOR PROPERTY SALE
It’s difficult to view a vacant property and understand the potential of that space. Sayer Home Staging can come to your property with the furniture and accessories kit, that you have chosen in your package, and set the stage. We will take photographs of the stage, editing and enhancing them for your use. The kit will be rented out for a 6 week period, during which the viewings would take place. At the end of this period, we will remove the entire kit.

Do you want your serviced apartments to stand out from the rest and booked up quickly? We can provide well designed and well built furniture, accessories, and everything your potential tenants would need in your rental property.
STAGING FOR HMOs
Our furniture is well built and well suited for HMOs. We don’t skimp on great design! Similar to staging for serviced apartments, bespoke packages can be made with add-ons, to include anything else the tenants would need to feel comfortable and at home.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
QUOTE - in the initial consultation, we can discuss what your project needs are, and look at the floorplan. We start with the basic packages, colours, styles, and if required, we can make it into a bespoke package.
CONFIRMATION - if you are happy with the package, we then confirm the installation and removal date after payment. We have a PIF payment policy, and we can also make a payment plan if needed.
STAGING - with the confirmed installation date, Sayer Home Staging collects the keys for the property, and install. The kit is rented for a 6 week period.
PHOTGRAPHY - this will be done after the stage is set. They will be edited and enhanced digitally, and they will be provided to you, via Dropbox.
REMOVAL - Sayer Home Staging will remove all furniture, accessories on the removal date that was confirmed, if required.

Basic packages includes delivery, installation, 6 weeks rental, removal and photography. This package provides all that is needed in the living room/dining Room spaces, and bedrooms. Bespoke packages are available.

This package provides sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, double beds, headboards, semi-orthopaedic mattresses, bedside tables and combi wardrobe. There is a 3 year guarantee. Bespoke packages can be made with add-ons, to include items such as electrical equipment, tableware, soft furnishings, etc.

ABOUT ME
Working in the film and television, Mandy has an incredibly keen eye and passion for creativity. She is a lead animator and has worked in this industry for 18 years across many Oscar, Bafta, and Emmy awarded shows. She has worked in some of the industries largest studios, and sat along side world famous film directors to help them find their vision.
She realised that with this artistic flair, she was able to stage her own home for sale, and it was sold within 2 weeks with only 2 days of viewings. The house was sold at a 13% increase from the original valuation.
While she is still working in the animation industry, Sayer Home Staging was formed as Mandy found a new passion for creativity and business. Mandy likes to transform vacant spaces, and finds enjoyment in making an empty room into a home that a potential buyer could imagine themselves living in.
Mandy Sayer holds a graduate degree in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, where she developed her love for good design and art.
